OHMYYY (haha one of the fav cambodia phrases our team share <3) it has been 324324 yrs since this blog was touched again!

things that have made me happy during these hols (:

1. 7N class chalet from 24 to 26 nov! happened quite long ago but it was really fun. i understand why so many pple like to hold chalets now, it is one of the best ways to interact with a big grp u belong to (: BBQ is fun, seriously! marinating the chicken, washing the fish, cooking, roasting marshmallows, just sharing all the food with one another using chopsticks etc. mahjong, asshole taidee and bridge are absolutely fun too! oh but the most fun would be during the night, where you would just spend time sitting on the bed with ur girl classmates and have HTHT, or watch movies late at night and get pranked by guys over a fake mouse?! hahaha. ahh wish i had gone night cycling! heard it was really really fun too! hmm, guitar chalet coming up (:

2. TAIWAN with family! <3 yes, it has been a dream to go taiwan since i got hooked on certain taiwan dramas starting a few yrs ago. it has died down since and i prefer korean dramas now but still, i really like the culture! =P and mike he, ethan ruan are still pple i consider very good-looking!!! hahaha the night markets and street food were the best, sight-seeing, walking arnd in the cooling weather and hotspring was good too! yeah fun fun fun i wish to go back again =D

3. "hello, this is bibi and baba", "you may try the samples over there and it's the same cutting", "may i know the sizes? how many pieces"? I MISS B&B!!! at first i thought i wouldnt be able to work part-time there again considering i called so late but irene was so nice to me and actually let me work for a while until end of dec! thanks irene!!! (: was soo happy to see fiona, joyce, miranda, esther again! and joy, ahh will see her tmr =D *poke*! and made new friends too who were new colleagues! like stella and bernice (: we joke around and paste barcodes all over and fantasize abt taiwan/korean dramas and complain when we meet demanding customers and etc. yesss i love the experience totally <3

4. sleepover with BY J! hahaha ya we watched movies, talked, played uno and game of life, though i left early for work the next day i was really happy to spend that amt of time with them yess (:

5. dinner with O3! ya, very short while also, but yay we finally met up again!!! (:

im sorry i cant really rmb what else i had! will update again when i rmb. haha today will be a SPECIAL day too =D

COSI and EWC

it's like a paradise there, seriously. although we definitely didnt like the great amts of insects flying around esp at night, not so good toilets, all this didnt matter at all with the...

- FRIENDLY and INNOCENT kids COSI. TOO ADORABLE (: (: (:
- great company
- great guidance from carol and 9 adults
- demure and nice women from EWC

i seriously wouldnt mind living there after spending one week there, it's like you can just forget about reality and have fun playing with the kids. AHHH it was definitely a fruitful trip and i really hope we can go back there again next yr after a levels. i missssss them so much alrrr but, home is always the best bah! HOME SWEET HOME =D

we basically taught the kids english, art and craft, played games with them, take alot of photos (hahaha the kids love photos more than us!), teach the women mandarin, build walkway (didnt really help with this but we saw the final 'pdt')

and not forgetting jokes about output etc.! Hahaha sighh omg i will miss them. they are so sweet especially after giving us letters before we left and planning farewell performances. oh my, you just cant help it but cry. i miss them terribly )': the women are so nice too. after she gave us the gifts on the last day of mandarin lesson, she was like 'i love you sister' omg it was super touching (':

food was not bad too! surprisingly, and there was aircon in the dorm (: hmmmm all 6 of us sort of have our own 'xin1gan1bao3beis4' heh! yay i love pon, phan, riya, sannita, nou, ben etc. =D thank youuu for making my days <3

but ya the city was completely different from COSI. at night you could see drunkards, glue sniffers, beggars all over the place. haii back to reality ):

alright, next would be the starting of hol hw, class chalet, guitar pracs, taiwan tripp and moreeee!

hello dead blog i missed you! haha okay but i've sort of lost my interest for blogging alr actually and i bet nobody comes to visit so maybe not really =P well, but since PROMOS ARE OVER i do have an urge to talk about some things (:

PROMOS are...ummm i think examiners are quite mean, they should lower the standards during eoy papers right? well that wasnt the case )': esp bio and econs sighh..

anyway after the paper i went to ION orchard with yumi and jacey! bev was sick take care girl! haha we ate at Sho Teppan which i think was really cool we can cook our stuff! a bit like pepper lunch. jacey and i had tori yaki UDON (HAHA hidden meaning) and yumi had rice..i cant rmb the jap name =P jacey kept dumping me her mushrooms and i dumped a bit of my onions to her. heh! then we went to LIDO to watch (500) days of summer which was a pretty good movie! like a diff style of american romantic comedy. and it's like, this time round, the girl was more of a 'jerk' than the guy so...i thought it was quite original la (: and some meaningful quotes too. about fate vs coincidence..yep!

then we walked and window-shopped. a bit depressing cos cannot buy, no money then. ): then they kept trying to link items to sth HAHA! after that we ate again =P ate yami yoghurt at ion orchard food hall, plus the 'fish jap snack' (uhoh what's the name) with banana and choc. mmm! walked around a bit more, than went home. (:

today went to the gym with my family (: had nice bimbimbap for lunch! im going to HOGC later! hmm i think service would be good? (: than tmr it's shopping with jacey and bella at haji lane yeahh! mon would be class outing hehe which we're still planning..

ohwell. i feel free! not totally, but free-er!

ohyess how could i forgot to blog about this!!! hahaha thank you bella for accompanying me to watch The Time Traveler's Wife on fri (: i was so excited to watch it after hearing all the good comments about the book. hmm honestly, i would have expected more, like they jumped here and there, but i think it's a lovely lovestory and a good movie to watch. but maybe if u read the book before, u wont find it as nice. But aww, clare and henry are super sweet and romantic, i wont mind watching again =D

in the end, sat was good, we managed to get most of the presents (: and yup, hehe had fun!

then it was teachers' day 31 aug! whee, our very first guitar performance with whole ensemble! mr quek said he was proud of us and the audience did like it i hope! =D then it was off to NY for a while, saw ms seb, zuolaoshi, mrs chew and ms lee/mrs lam haha! niceee, miss them! had island creamery for lunch (heh!) with stef and jessica and we took a nice photo there! then went back home, and brought yumi to my house! hehe then received alot of phonecalls abt how to get to ECP etc, pretty stressful since i havent taken bus there for a long time =P then my mum gave me, yumi, bev, melvin and damien a lift to NTUC to buy drinks, then off to ECP for GEMS! yay cycling was quite fun bah! but the time was a bit short. had MACS for dinner, then around 15 of them came to my house! haha had to play a bit of zhantaifeng on the GZ, damien too, then we ate mangoes, talked a bit, and watched 200 pounds beauty! yay such a nice moviee. fun day with class! (:

the rest of the time..haha cant really remember and not so memorable, and now it's time to handle PROMOS so byebye blog for a while, hopefully bye to FB for a while too ): night!

heyyo! haha guitar just had our very first performance, at the charity concert soultimate (: thank u so much jacey and yumi! <3 hehe love the candy bouquet! yes thanks bev, and thank you for wishing me good luck too (:

so yesterday, it was scary at first! we thought we were short of one chair, then serene was like 'no chair no chair'! then we started panicking and i thought serene and i were going to share chairs! haha luckily it was just a small mistake, but it was super funny (: so now we're the no chair guitar ensemble! and super united =D

whoo long weekend! lets hope we can catch up with work. but apparently, haha i dunno ): going to be busy with class stuff now! quite fun la, with teachers' day and GEMS (: hope today will be a happy day k i shall go do work first!

haha in the end we couldnt have class outing cos many people couldnt make it ): nvm there is GEMS yes! cyclingg hopefully =D well, i had a happy nat day with my relatives in the morn at macritchie treetop walk =D then left to do PW, hehe it was quite funny! we were preparing for our mini-trial so raash, lijun, cavin, melvin and i were taking photos for our games which made everyone laugh, yay! pw can be fun sometimes, but the report/EOM part? hahaha no way.

i feel a bit empty and sad, havent been to my cousin's church for two weeks already. haha, not that i prefer his to the mass i go to every week, but it's just that sometimes i feel one hour per week isn't really enough? if i go to my cousin's church, it's 3 hrs per week. more time with god. plus, i get to spend time with new great friends that are ever so friendly (: like alvina! haha, we have only known her for like a month and it seems like a year? last but not least, i get to spend time with one of my BFFs who is Burger King =D HAHAHA

sigh omg, i got a big shock when i read ur blog. haha, i didn't know there was that side of you. sorry, my friend ): never mind, i shall aim to discover ur softer side (:

haha surprise! i didnt exactly delete my blog, just that i really didnt have much time to blog and the mood to update to i temporarily changed the link, but ya it's back! but stagnant =P

happy national day! ahh so much has happened and im still sleepy from the late nights of pw and stuff, but ya little things make me happy (: like yesterday i went to ION orchard with yumi, jacey, and tzehan! it's my fav shopping centre now! =D OMG the yummy food haha! we ate fish & co, and dunkin donuts! wheee then went to yumi's house to do hw and jacey and yumi fell asleep =P then had YLEP retreat at haidee's house, which was pretty fun especially the identity game (:

tmr is national day! gonna eat lunch with family, tuition, PW phototaking, and maybe a movie with family =D haha then sun there is relative hike/tree top walk at macritchie, then class outing at sentosa! which damien and i have to confirm. pls go for class outing! =D

and yes HARRY POTTER is nice!!! haha i dont understand why many people thought this one didn't have a climax, i thought the last part was really exciting and it can make u cry as well! ya but they did skip alot of parts, but that's because the book is so thick and they have to pack everyth into 2.5 hrs! and anyway i enjoyed the romance scenes also, so i thought it was okay (:

went to watch with YUMI and BEV last night, haha yeah missed around 20 mins of the show but guess everyth was worth it! <3

today S7N was planning to wear some ethnic costumes! but there were not enough and some slowly lost interest ): but nvm, to make up for it, we had a mini outing to the new STARBUCKS at coro during the break before CT! haha pretty fun, but bad for the wallet =P

ohyess and farewell party was a success, yay yay! hope the seniors enjoyed it! it was quite scary to like shout in front of everyone and ensure all the games were running smoothly, but ya, thank GOD for the courage and thank the all other exco members for all the support and help!!! (: we played blanket game, pass the rubber band, pass the water bomb, and piggyback race! haha but i felt a bit paiseh because there were others using the field. anyway, then we also played our farewell song for them, exchange gifts, ate, and lala end of party (: photos with randy!

alright, tmr is probably hw time, plus quiet and happy time at my cousin's church, HOGC? and sunday, the YLEP meeting, weddings vows on NEL train! i think that's going to be super exciting and sweet =D

Haha wow wow, went there for about 5 times and i think today's the best. the pastor from New York totally blew us away!!! yess u should go to HOGC haha =D and it's like i feel much closer to my cousin now, which is a good thing! he said we have all matured alot, like last time i was still 'bom' haha! and now i can tease him about 'ahem'! ya and we made alot of new friends, who are ever so friendly! alvina, cherie, paulina, jerlyn etc.! and another surprising and touching thing was, bella told alvina they celebrated my belated birthday today and the next time, they suddenly asked us to stay back for a while and BOOM! someone walked out with a slice of cheesecake and almost the whole youth group started singing to me! i was really really shocked but super touched <3 that's the power of GOD! i love youu! and i love bella! sorry i made u wait so long today ): BFF WE WILL GO SHOPPING NEXT TIME <3

haha yess ive finally changed the blog template, but ahh I WILL MISS YOU MINGGZHONG ):
lazily changed to one of the standard ones, haha cos yes probably wont update much anymore, unless there are special events, thoughts and all? anyhow, if u all want to say anyth, can just comment. hehe though i know it is like no one reads anymore cos it is really dead alr =P

so i just want to blog about some things again during the hols. hols, hols, sometimes i feel a bit guilty when there's so much slacking/playing, but IT IS THE HOLS ahhh why must there be blockssss ):

JTS was quite a success, i hope! (: SAKAE Sushi in ICON Village was quite comfy, we had alot of space in the restaurant, though small tables (4 to 1 table). I sat with Sarah K (we missed u), Joelyn and Fu Xing from 6N. ya it was quite fun and we ate alot alotttt. but cant beat Damien, Henry, Zheren, and Cavin's tablee haha =D In the end we had to play the 'thumb game' to force the loser to eat the leftover food and i lost twicee so i had to eat one tako yaki and rainbow maki! haha FuXing ate the other tako yaki (;

after Sakae we were super stuffed. oh then had to foot the bill. i think damien's idea of splitting the bill like pay for seniors first, then ask juniors to pay individually was smart! mm, then after that we headed to dhoby ghaut but split ): Some went to play lan, some went to starbucks, while some went to play pool/watch? haha went to watch with joelyn, henry, flo and sarah k while cavin, zheren, damien, raash,fuxing played pool. nice to watch!!! later bev cameee =D okok must learn from the shifus alr! went home with flo and raash after that (:

went to my cousin Joan's house today!!! omg miss her terribly! we had HTHT, movie marathon, and ate alot of yummy food cooked by xiaoguu (: soba and tempura and mango icecream!!! <3 hahaha yay thanks for todayy (:

okay, alot has been happening these few days? well since it's hols, we should all still have funn hmm (:

Malacca with family..family 'camp' haha! (: We got to explore Jonker Street alot of times, and we really walked and ate alot. Yummy breakfast, teochew food, peranakan food, snacks etc. and swam to burn off the fats gained HEHE! shopped a bit too, but mostly it was sight-seeing =D ooh sleep was good too!

GENUS concert with Guitar..hehe rushed there after coming back from Malacca. gained some ideas for our concert next yr yes! (:

Dance Subaru with Yumi...i love it!!! Well basically, someone wanted to watch her DBSK for 5-10 secs that's why hahaha =D but now im really glad i watched it with her cos the movie is simply touching, and u really really wish u are a ballerina (: the girl is so pretty and the kids so cute! ive decided i really like jap movies alot now hahaha! =D

JTS with Guitar exco...haha first we had a meeting at burger king! Then after that headed to Yuki Yaki upstairs at Marina Square. first time there, and the food is YUMYUM! we had like half steamboat, half BBQ, and sushi. my fav part is the TEPPANYAKI ICECREAMMM (: it's like u get to make ur own icecream using the pan, and it will freeze! haha and there are so many flavours. sat together with shena, yisan and tricia. hmm a bit awkward first but it got better =D then it was Gift Exchange! yay cutee bearr =D

Wisdom tooth operation...haha scary at first! and noisy..and numb and swollen but ohwell it's okay now i guess =P

MUG...HAII ):

Bio remedial...uhh quite productive i think? ms yang was in a pretty good moood (: haha went with zheren, sarah, raash and zhaozhen.

other stuff, but cant really remember now =/

well, there's Class JTS on Sun, which Damien and I were quite 'troubled' over! hopefully it turns out well, ya looking forward (: hm and then...PW meetings ahhh! and hopefully more revision time, another operation, and uhhh if possible BELLA i want Haji Lanee ): and it's yumi's birthday soon yess...=D

monday was harmonica concert! haha i thought they really put in alot of effort to make the concert entertaining. like sometimes it may get boring to hear one song after another, so they made their emcees say lame and funny stuff, plus montage etc (:

tuesday was PW meeting and springcleaning! haha HMM PW ahh..=P we managed to do a bit of stuff like for 2 hrs? then we went to KAP to have lunch and EHHH PW became fun hahaha =D crapping/talking session? haha and sometimes guys can know so much more than girls it's shocking =O

1. watch a movie! ahh havent watch for 5986354 years ): hmm i think i'll probably watch the 'dance shabaru' (is it?) one with Yumi, with her beloved DBSK inside =D
2. watch a drama! Haha ya havent watched for so long. Okay maybe Bai Quan Nv Wang, but not really counted, hehe cos i keep fast forwarding the parts without LU-KA-SI =P I think Boys Over Flowers is very nice, but will probably just wait every sat night to watch it on channel u (: and there's the Zoe tay fann wong channel 8 drama which looks cool too! Hehe yay =D
3. go to Haji Lane with Bella! according to Bella, there's alot of stuff to look at theree hmm? And i think we match each other la! I will prevent her from spending too much money hahaha and she will force me to buy things for myself (;
4. have fun at Guitar exco JTS and Class JTS! (:

hello!
haha we went for dance night matinee concert today, it was quite fun (: but first of all, had the CL listening and oral prelims in the morn which were um..haha dont know how to describe! and i was happy/sad and one point in time. =/ haha yup then after that i went to have lunch at coro with yumi, bev, jansen, melvin, andy, damien and damien's friend (: saw florence there too! then we went to buy flowers together. buying flowers is really fun, but a bit 'xin-tong' haha! saw sarah and lijun there too =D then we learnt alot of flower language! in the end settled for '13 roses' for a certain J (: HEHE! and another J bought another '3 rose' bouquet for her, even when he already bought a '11 rose' bouquet yesterday awww (: bought roses for others also, and a special one for Q (; alphabets are cool hahaha! then damien and sarah left, while the rest of us went to eat at island creamery. yummy nutella! then the three of us + lijun went back to school. lijun had canoe-ing training, and while waiting for dance night matinee to start, we went to a classroom to do funny cam poses with the flowers =D yeah then it was concert! nice laa, a great mixture of modern, hiphop and chinese danceee =D i will be back again for BACK AGAIN!!! hahaha =D

then after flower power + photo-taking, went to take bus back to meet my mum and sis for mass + dinner (: yeah that sums up my sat! k im going to watch boys over flowers and do hw, hopefully i will have time to update again...seeya!

haha yess im updating! sorry it has been really long ):

hmm well, i cant really remember what has happened these few days, except a certain few. let me try to blog about them? (:

- GREENWORKS! hehe i thought it was really fun, we were on a photo spree and BBQ was quite fun! i love jump shots hehe =D and ahh melted marshmallows yumm! damien and eryn were our fac prince and princess (: but the winner was melvis and a guy haha not sure =/

-SLEEPOVER! haha my very first one with friends (: excluding 402 chalet and sleepover at my telepathic twin cousin joan's house =D ya it was YUMI's house! the great great one filled with yummy food hmm (: it was good, BEV was there too and we seriously had some 'heart-to-heart' talks stuff. haha im really glad i have them, it's like quite rare for me to blurt everyth out and just talk talk talk hahaha yay <3 but i missed jacey!

happy belated easter to all! (:
haha this weekend was pretty fruitful, excluding the time we had to chiong ILP, and other hw.

on thurs night, i met my relatives to celebrate my eldest auntie's birthday! yeah we ate at a chinese restaurant that had super good food! had quite a few funny moments with my cousins, like 'joan being the potential ahem waitress pouring tea'! and how i was suddenly saw another plate of peking duck and exclaimed 'oh there's somemore'? hahaha ya it was quite fun and filling man! felt so awful after the meal, it's like dunno how many courses with 2 desserts! ohyes, not forgetting going back to my auntie's house for cheese cake. so much food!!! we played bridge again, plus listen to xuanyu, future song composer? =D niceee.

good friday was quite okay, hehe mm we abstained from meat and had veggie meals! good to think how we managed to 'survive' without food for about 8 hrs, but ya this is like nothing compared to what HE did for us...(:

sat had peer tutoring orientation at kent ridge. sad that my tutees didnt come ): anyway, was game I/C with ferris! haha he is nice and funny, we were in charge of the 'Spiderweb' station! it was funn, i want to be young again =D they were very nice to help us clear up and untie the raffia strings (:
in the afternoon, i met bella koh!!! THANK YOUU for accompanying me! we went to gor colin's church again, Heart of God. I think it was the best service I've ever attended there. the true meaning of easter was like WOW, totally understood. how every single of us are filled with SHAME, and HE removed it all. (: made new friends again, mainly jerlyn and alvina! haha nicenice. ooh my cousin was one of the organisers of the service! uhh and they had some comic reliefs here and there, like videos and all. ya i was glad my cousin invited me on that day..it felt so different. and it felt good.
then bella and i had dinnerrrr at tampines mall, pastamania! supposed to go to the new shopping centre tampines 1, but it's like...totally crowded with long queues and security guards at the escalators =/ wanted to look at the new clothes shop UNI QLO but it's like they blocked out people because there were just too many theree ): nvm next time! and shopping with bella is seriously wow! hahaha she just goes 'wow' at everything huh =D HMM maybe we should watch confessions of a shopaholic together againnn =P

EASTER SUNDAY. service with relatives once again, after praying for my yeye and nainai. (: service was good too, like the priest interacted with the children and all. ahhh then i had tuition after that ): uhh then it was chionging hw once again.

1. really glad to have 09S7N, especially friends like yumi, bev, jacey, jansen, zheren, sarah lim, ruimin, joanne, florence... <3 during such busy times, it really feels comforting to have u all! esp small talks, haha i love small talks more than group talks, for a reason =P and look forward to have fun and laughter together =P

Today! Bibi and baba colleagues mini reunion! we had dinner at Thai Express in paragon (: food was yummy, except for a bit of funny things we discovered. haha ya got so full in the end!

Sunday- 402 class bbq at zuolaoshi's house! memorable, and we saw wangleehom's photo with their family! and someone got a bit excited ah =D food was really yummy, company was great, i love 402! <3

Saturday - Gala dinner! hehe um it was quite okay la, just a bit boring because we didnt really know what was happening. but yeah took quite a few photos. and the guys keep 'yamseng-ing' and stuff =D then we went up to the balcony of clock tower to take photos, and the guys did fac dance heh!

Friday night- Eryn's concert! haha it was pretty fun and nice to watch her (: sarah lim, ruimin, yumi, jacey, jansen and i had dinner together before that too. yup!

hello! haha sorry yes i know, havent updated for a longlong time ): sorry!

hm, shall talk about talentime first! haha yeahh went together with JSS! (: to support felisa and wow she sing's really good! ya she totally deserved an award =D then, also saw peiying, CCA mate! she looked different, and has a power voice too...so does siying's friend mingee, wow her version of lydia was super super good! yeah and the guys are also not bad, especially oral participation! the beat-boxing one, which was eventually the winner (; ooh and yoyo! so fun to watch, especially the athenian guy! yeahh! and VIVIEN! dearest friend, dearest emcee, haha good job man! <3 i must go again next year, talentime's sooo nice to watch!!

yeah, then yesterday was a bit stressful, but good fun! haii but sometimes i just wished i wasn't so indecisive, i made quite a few people confused, angry? sorrry ): i really am ):

so yesterday, went to eat lunch with my mum and sis first at Botak Jones, haha cheap and good Western food (: then headed to Vivo City to meet 09S7N! there were about 10 people - zheren, jansen, henry, melvin, kevin, quinza, ruimin, bev, tricia! then watched them eat lunch first before going to look for stuff like a ball? haha but then cannot find. yeahh then after that they were going to sentosa, but it was already past 4 so decided to leave to meet my OG then! mm there were beehiang, yukina, yangyang, weeteck! and then later houyin came (: decided not to go sentosa, and went up to the Vivo rooftop instead! haha played games like bridge, taitee, snap yup! and talked quite a bit, and took a few photos.

waited for nick, carin and suzie to arrive after that! eat at Asian Kitchen, and chatted a bit more again. good luck to weeteck running for council, and beehiang for match today and etc. =D mini outing, but it felt quite good! at least havent lost touch (:

and after that, went to look for CT again! haha they were eating also at a HK restaurant. yup after that went to Vivo sky garden to play truth or dare. haha everyone 'zhong'! henry's dare was the funniest (;

haha the frequency of blog updates has really decreased! i think this is happening to my friends and classmates too. well, JC has been really busy like a beeee, but quite enriching too (:

hmm went for CCA this week! eeh unfortunately both 'orientations' were on the same day. went for the YLEP one first, im really happy that jessica, steph, beverly, florence, yuxin, yuying, haidee, kaiyu are theree =D yup listened to briefings, self-intro then left early to look at guitar! mm guitar there's stef, jean, jasmine, zhiqing (: yeah hope we'll all be bonded ccas! haha in guitar it was quite cool, we got to look at a whole range of guitars. jean was in love with them hahaha =D then we also somehow did FAC dance. there're lots of athenian guys man! yeah super high! then we had a self-intro as well, wah the guys are pretty funny jokers! 'lujun' was somehow heard as 'luxun' and my name was heard as...'aloevera'? :S then we played the 'tempo ready go' game, and jean was super funny! ya in the end a guy had to do a forfeit, pole-dancing! and another guy (zhijing?) was his pole, tsk (;

flu-bug attack! almost the whole of 7N is sick ): fever, cough, headache, runnynose, block nose, sexy voice, no voice? ya most people have/had one or two synoptoms. and now it's a common sight to see almost the whole class online until very late, sighh. jiayou 7N! ooh, i'll miss sarah kang ):

i think i feel pretty 'at home' in HC now, the 'time to adapt' seemed to be much faster than NY! i think it's probably because there's so many fun activities for us, orientation and all. like those that can not only allow the loud and outgoing ones to have fun, but those more reserved ones, to truly enjoy themselves as well. on sat, after having a great lunch at 18 Chefs with my family in Eastpoint Mall (near our house), we suddenly noticed that the shopping centre was super super crowded! then we looked at the centre area and saw the stage with this bigbig signboard - FM S.H.E autograph session, 2pm! =O haha but then i had piano lesson! so after my piano lesson, i went back to look a bit =P had to go all the way to the 4th floor hehe. managed to see them from the top, and took a few photos. plus listen to them sing AN JING LE yay =D Hebe is really pretty (:

hello! i think everyone has been busy, busy like a bee! JC life is really quite busy! =/

these few days have been fine, although some lectures are quite zzz, but some tutorials are quite funny! 09S7N is a really lively class, what with 'finger-puppets' etc. =P heh!

mm cant talk much, and i really wish to post a few class photos sometime! but there's alot! haha next time...

oooh, and i like my angel! (: he seems quite nice and sweet, eeeh now im wondering if i should take the effort to really find out who he is...=P

FAC dance crazy! haha it's a bit scary to do 'body-waves' and stuff, but yeahh GO ATHENA!!!! and our class is very enthu! yeah athena green revolution! henry rushes to buy icecream in fac shirt, eee but then when i eat ice-cream, it's quite embarrassing! Haha jacey and jansen saw the ice-cream melt all over my hand =/

umm, haha ok i'll blog briefly about 4 main things (:

09S7N - i have spent 4 days with them! hmmm, i think we're becoming a pretty bonded class, and everyone is quite nice =D i think alot of them have spent big effort in painting the flag and planning the performance! haha woww we really have many artistic and creative people, makes a few of us seem a bit inferior XD ohya, the games were quite fun too (in school campus one). hehe and quite a few photos were taken!!! yeahh hope that i will get to know more of them better soon...(;

ATHENA - A-A-ATHENA!!!! hopefully we're the most HIGH group! i think so, wheee always cheering! seniors were right, war games are the experience of a lifetime! haha was just trying to play defender, then went to the starch pool to get wet! ohyes everyone had their faces painted haha it was quite cool. At Ares side, i saw Subhas's and Daoyuan's face all red, plus hair red! hahaha hmm, i miss them hypeing up our OG, 'huddle cuddle' us. I also miss Hern Hern's power voice and etc. (: Hehe okay anyway, Ares won but there're still lots of other components! yep, AH HOOOOT! good luck to us for fac dance, performance, class flag (:

JJSSS - I MISS YOU ALL TERRIBLY. hope we'll be best friends forever! hehe and and HAPPY BELATED SIYING! <3 went to swensens to celebrate her birthday. we all could took so comfortably, ate baked rice, and had a 'firehouse happy birthday' for her! =D Love u, siying!

AUNTIE LINDA - although there were alot of happy moments this week, it's still hard to miss auntie linda. i really wish we could have spent more time together. i admire my auntie for being so strong and so caring at the same time. nothing beats having so much faith in GOD. the whole family really does. during today's funeral, i was 'selfishly' thinking at a point at time, did Uncle Richard, Jie Sera and Nana want to God why did he have to take Auntie Linda away from them so soon? But after hearing Uncle Richard's speech, I realised how much they really trusted God, and they know very well that it's God's will. we'll miss you ):

i will miss the games we played, SODACHE, OG dinners, talks and walks, games etc.

shall post about yesterday briefly (:

the highlight would be going ice-skating with pri sch buddies, Nick, Loui and KY! first time going to Kallang Leisure Park - Kallang Iceworld! (: very nice ice-skating rink there. hehe it was my 2nd time ice-skating, first time was with 105! ehhh was a bit nervous to begin with, and kept struggling and holding onto the wall. haha then Nick and Loui held KY and our hands to guide us! (: Nick taught me a bit about the techniques hehe. umm then there was this worker there who left me a pretty deep impression. although she wasnt able to talk, she seemed to be such a happy and expressive person, keep using sign language and wanting to help us take photos (:

ooh ya speaking of photos, we took alot alot!!! and videos haha the videos are the funniest =D we did alot of funny poses and all. very funn! ohyes and soon..KY and i managed to let go of the wall! yay for a while (: next time i want to go iceskating again, haha it's quite a special kind of outing with ur friends, even though a bit costly, but it's like um...sth rather rare to do in SG? haha (;

went to cityhall to collect sth. and then walked over to suntec city, and by chance saw The Little Nyonya cast!!! haha it was pretty exciting man! saw so many fans, of all ages, queueing up to shake hands with them. obviously, Jeanette Aw and Dai Yang Tian had the most fans! haha aiya but 715 wasnt there, sad ): Dai Yang Tian is good-looking in person, and very tall (; Jeanette Aw is also quite pretty, but i think i still prefer Joanne Peh! probably the influence from the show..haha. went up to 2nd floor to watch them at a sideview! haha then went down to look at the front view but quite far away. after that, they were going to the bus so all the fans ran after them, but there were alot of security guards. Wow could see they were wearing quite alot of make-up! haha Ng Hui/Ah Tao was the friendliest! she kept waving around. yikes, i think we 'stalked' them a bit but it was quite worth it =P

it was back to alot of lectures today, sigh quite boring, except that we managed to play 'pig' today? (: hahaha and talk about CNY like mahjong, etc! stef got a bit sick halfway and had to leave ): get well soon! then after school, bella and i went to orchard to check out some movie timings but they weren't suitable. i want to watch Changeling and Bride Wars! but can only choose one? hmmm. hehe so i accompanied her to Far East Plaza and Zara to look at stuff. plus our oreo drink and oreo low-fat icecrema!

alright, i shall blog about yesterday now! yup, a fun and fulfilling day with Joy and Jiayin! we wanted to meet up before the official start of JC, so at around 12, we met at orchard mrt to go eat lunch! ooh and i saw Jing, the birthday girl too by coincidence! =D hahaha. Joy gave me a 'shock' when i suddenly saw her! *poke poke* yeahh missed them alot! settled for Cineleisure's subway after a fair way of choosing. our lunch lasted quite long! about 2 hours? haha then we took neoprints! havent taken them for like..1-2 years ago? hehe Jiayin and I thought that we would have a hard time asking Joy but surprisingly, she gave in! she's so nice (: even though quite spastic at times right hehe!

after that, Jiayin suggested going to play Mahjong since it was stil CNY, so we headed to Joy's house to play! haha ya and each of us won 2 games! so cool and fair! i learnt the more complex version of Mahjong, thanks to Jiayin! haha (: left to go home and eat dinner at around 6. miss u all, take care in JC! (catered) haha quite okay la, then we watched part of Red Cliff and The Little Nyonya Episode 1 together =P yeahh the "Chia family" is true peranakans (: but one family was missing, and we really missed them. in the hospital, my cousins and uncle looked quite tired. hope things will turn out better soon, but it's up to God's will? pray..

on day 1, went to 'bai-nian' alot! haha ate sososo much goodies and drank lots of gassy drinks ahhh! haha it was good to see, my cousins once again! (: at my maternal relatives side, we got to eat lots of prawn crackers, chips, popiah, and homemade nyonya kueh/butter biscuit, ham and cucumber etc. yumm! at my paternal relatives side, we got to watch the Taiwan video made by Xuanhan and Xuanyu, play bridge (but of course! =D), munch on pistachios and homemade goodies that Xuanhan's family made, talk, eat the ginko nut dessert, 'lao yusheng', laugh alot? (: yeahh!!! ohyeah, gogo Joan cousin, pursue ur dream k, i want to see ur portfolios! (:

day 2 was less busy, highlight would be going to Sam's house in the afternoon? (; hehe saw her cute dog Spot, and played pictionary with her and her friends! took photos, saw her uniform, chatted with her! oooh and had a nice 'Chinese' dinner with my family! haii i keep eating so much today again...=P visitors came to our house as well! then sent off sam at the airport at night. take care girl!

heyah, happy chinese new year! gong xi fa cai (:

today's celebration was okay, except we had to wake up really early. haha watched performances like qiuhan in CD (:, xueying and shionyee in CO, wushu etc. then we walked through a 'street market' but it was quite crowded haha! then we 'lao yu sheng' with our class, then there was this mass dance and it was quite funny to watch a few of my classmates =D

after that, louisa and i met ky at taonan, but we were quite late so couldnt meet any teachers. anyway, it felt really different without nick ): something had happened so she couldnt make it. hope it'll be alright? hmm but yup she owes us an organization of another outing (: we went to have lunch at mos (tradition!), before playing a few games at the arcade. hehheh throwww ball!! then i went for piano lesson.

CLASS CHALET

heyah! havent been updating that frequently, because i was at 402 class chalet! (: plus some other stuff, and didnt really have the mood to post.

haha okay, so i'll probably just post about the class chalet now ya =D

on thurs, jessica, stef, steph, siying and i met earlier at pasir ris mrt! long time no see/talk, i was like really happy to see them again - with EVERYONE present! (:

so after watching stef eat and exchanging souvenuirs, we took a bus to downtown east-E-hub! first time there, and jessica and i were pretty excited because they had alot of stuff =D BUT, unfortunately it was quite disappointing, because alot of things under maintenance! like the ferris wheel, zzz! nvm, we still had fun at the arcade (: it was supposed to be a belated birthday celebration for steph as well, hehe mm we played quite a few games tgh. the 'throw balls at targets on screen' was the most exciting one, because all five of us could play at one shot. the drums one also quite fun! (: had 'sweets' as a prize, then we went to a hongkong cafe for tea. siying and i had the tea-set - iced milk tea + french toast. the french toast was super big lah! made me super full, and everyone had iced milk tea (; talked quite a bit, then left at 5.30 to walk to aloha loyang =D

reached garden terrace I, and saw some classmates! they were playing bridge and watching tv. hehe we tried out mahjong, but steph had to leave halfway to send someone off at the airport ): visited the beach, very breezy and nice! especially sitting on the rocks give u a peaceful feeling (: then they went out to eat, while the four of us stayed in the chalet because we were a bit lazy, quite full, and had to guard the place incase others came. yeahh we watched tv, like dont forget the lyrics

and then...WE HAD A SURPRISE/SHOCK?! hahaha it was super scary at first lah! hmph hmph, ok la it's an experience of a lifetime? =P the four of us were frightened and screaming, huddling together, thought some bad group of guys or something were going to jump in and hurt us, after hearing all the noise. but then it was actually...=P hmmm watch out next time! took quite a long time to calm down, before being able to eat the subway they dabao-ed for us.

then everyone came back! hehe we watched american idol auditions tgh, which was quite funny. then siying left halfway ): after that we played mahjong, and then jiawen played a few 'logic' games which were quite fun! everyone snacked alot on the ahma love letters, yay it was gone very quickly =P next it was...WEREWOLF!!! haha it's such a fun game, with a big group of people =D alot of tricks here and there. i think being the werewolf is the most fun! ohyeah and learnt a new role - the little girl! haha poor little girl must peep to see who's the werewolf but risk being killed =/ hmm..dunno how many rounds we played! but i think it's the most fun thing, especially when we get tricked/sabo-ed etc.! HEHE. we played until 3am plus! then many went to sleep while jessica, stef, me, jasmine, wingyau, jiawen, adeline, qianwen, jocelyn gathered at the beds. listened to alot of jokes + riddles from jiawen and jasmine especially. heh i like listening to such stuff! but im never good at telling them ): yup...we 'tong-xiao'ed! but qianwen and i got very tired and i fell asleep in a weird position initially. heh they went to watch the sunrise while qianwen and i slept, at about 5.30am.

morning on fri! watched them at the kitchen for a while before going for my piano lesson. haii and then supposed to have guitar lesson but my teacher was sick =/ my mum baked yummy brownie cookies! went back to the chalet at 4.15. sadly, couldnt join them in cycling and captains ball with tomato + eggs?! haha =D played a bit of werewolf again before going to prepare for BBQ (: didnt managed to help much, because im scared of heat ): haii! ate alot alot alot! there were beehoon, salad, sausages, sotong, crabstick, otah, satay, chicken wings, corn, sweet potato, stingray, marshmellows, fruits etc. haha wow! almost the whole class was at the bbq, yay! and ms sebastian + ms yeo (: played more mahjong again! i paired with adeline and we were quite lucky =D yup then it was more werewolf haha! there was a round when everyone thought i was suspcious and i was voted off immediately, but actually i was just a villager ): haii! hehe then there was another round when i was cupid and i made the werewolves lovers =P a bit funny! and poor sitong always got killed for some reason, yesterday it was jiawen haha. left at 12am, feeling very tired so i slept immediately.

i love 402, hopefully some of us can remain in the same class in JC!

today was the last day of work! ): felt quite sad when i walked out of the shop today, but yeahh can always come back to visit huh? (; plus more colleague outings hehe! like yesterday, we had another dinner again, at carl's junior in marina square! and more people were there =D we also went to a shop to 'make' a super cute surprise (: joy keeps saying she wants to work there next time, haha maybe i want too!!!

thank you for the memories, colleagues! i'll never forget you all, especially a few people who have really helped me alot (: u know who u are! wheee lots of love!!!

hm..what else have happened this week? work was fine, but it is unavoidable to get scolded by some customers la D: i spent alot of working time with joy and jia yin this week! hahaha joy 'poke poke' and 'shove paper'! jia yin and i protect each other =D i will miss all that, really ):

spent the whole of today with my family, esp my mum since it was her birthday! watched alot of tv, ate lunch at crystal jade, then went to visit auntie linda who was hospitalised, then we met my sis to watch PONYO (kawaii ne!). it's a super cute and lovable movie, but we didnt really understand some parts, because of some japanese legends i think? we ate dinner at pastamania after that, before going home to sing birthday song + cake (:

i have just started on another new drama! quite long since mingzhong. watching bai quan nv wang, with ethan ruan also =D but the first episode just debutted, so must wait every week again! haha

i'm sad, something happened to my blogskin so now the font and background has sth wrong ): eek tried to edit it again but it doesnt work! oh well, but ive been using this skin for dont know how long alr, except i keep changing the picture, ya so i'll probably search for a new one soon (:

after work yesterday, i had a wonderful dinner with eight colleagues + fiona's friend (; went to the yummy food place at far east plaza with fiona, laurent, miranda, joyce, yoke hwee, shawn, shu mei, esther, jiaying! ohman so many of them are sick la, especially jiayin who lost her voice ): get well soon! haha fiona, joyce and miranda kept laughing! it was quite funny to see them laugh =P we took alot alot of photos, and looked around at shops which were closing, before parting.

today was the last day for shi en and miranda! for miranda sort of only (: but ya it feels quite sad, how we all spend many days of our holiday together but now each of us is leaving one by one. next will be li woon, daxin, then me and joy! hmm..but memories will always be memories. i wont miss the unhappy moments with customers, but ya i know what i will miss...

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! first post of the year!

i realised that i haven't blogged properly about the NYGZ farewell party/sec 4 gathering.
so here it is (:

on wed, i met jiayi, lydia, yinghong, zhenping, wenjiao, vivien at bishan mrt at 2! (: really havent seen them for so long! went to jiayi's house. the main four things we did there was - talk, play mahjong, EAT, look at jiayi's baby/taiwan photos! and doing these four things made me - miss them alot, realised there's alot of things i want to know that's happening (especially for a few), think about my fav four from 402 and miss them terribly while playing mahjong, appreciate jiayi's generosity in offering so much food (thanks dear!(:), want to go to taiwan!!!! hahaha =D

then zhenping had to leave for church service ):, and the rest of us took mrt to sembawang. met jing and surprised to see the whole ensemble waiting for us at the station (; i misssss my juniors terribly!!! glad to see hanyi honey, rania chalet, ruth ballet, tingyi, jiayin, etc.! but alot of people weren't there, sadly! ): talked to jing about work and kyushu japan, and liyue came soon! then our sweet juniors presented to us the gift and board of messages <3 thank u!!!

ate yummy catered food, talked and watched a bit of bu liang xiao hua, took photos and went to play whacko before leaving. although i had to take 1 hr to reach home, i had nice company like jiayi and hui ker =D

for yesterday's new years' eve, i spent it with my maternal relatives! (: had a nice heavy dinner of sushi, chicken, duck, fresh veg and rice, plus yummy grapes and ice cream!!! although my grandmother wasnt feeling well, we still stood by her and celebrated, passing one another belated xmas presents,watched tv =D mm then after that the five of us at home watched xiao niang re tgh, and then my sis left for a party while we watched the countdown!

today the shop was surprisingly not that crowded! yay i saw many colleagues, had fun talking and playing a bit with them (; like joy ah! keep drawing and poking at me, i will get back soon =P then got to know jiayin, shawn, shumei and toon yang better too! but but esther's last day of work is tmr ): take care esther, we'll miss you!!!

i think that 2008 was quite a meaningful year, with its ups and downs.

i think that though the circle of friends that i have may not be very big since im quite a shy person, i really do do appreciate all of you very very very much and i mean it (: ahhh i feel a bit sentimental now, it's time to sleep =P

25 dec- after visiting my grandma, my sis and i took the mrt to gor colin's church - Heart of God! yup, second time there and it's very different from our own mass. very loud, and can feel the congregation's passion? (: haha the sermon by the pastor was not bad too! every single person is a sheep, no doubt about that? (hidden meaning) yeah..gor's friends were super friendly also, and gor misses bella =D hahaha!

then after that, went to the family gathering at xiaoshu's house. i miss my cousins! yeahh everyone is talking about 'xiao niang re' now =D ate alot alot alot alot...hahaha seriously alot! sushi, mashed potato, sweet and sour pork, bee hoon, yam paste, ice cream, cake etc. i feel hungry now =P then of course, we played taidee and bridge! i partnered xuanhan (ji cunxi (: ) most of the time! not bad =D joan kept laughing and sometimes made me laugh! we also played games with everyone! like the traditional blanket game! haha it was quite funny, especially when xiaogu saw me the other side and called me 'fangting' (joan) we still look alike? (: played other games too, but the blanket game was the funniest one!

26 dec - happy boxing day! went to visit grandma at the hospital in the afternoon, then met bella and jacey at plaza sing for a while (: I MISS THEM!!! they ate lunch at cafe cartel before that. then we exchanged a few xmas presents, and looked around a bit! ohya we saw junning in one of the shops outside plaza sing =D she was working there! after that, we went to bugis street to shop shop! jacey bought xmas present for bella and i there, then bella bought a present for jacey (; came back home and went to visit grandma again!

27 dec - happy birthday godma! today was total madness in the shop! because it was a saturday and it's at the end of the year! haha but i was so glad to meet colleagues again, thanks fiona for helping me to pass and collect stuff, love u lots (: so it's like at the counter front, there was this long long queue which stretched to outside, and customers were squeezing in and out to look at the samples, and some of us also had to squeeze here squeeze there...plus we opened the fitting rooms again! haha i did stock-collecting most of the time, yay! but some customers were quite hard to handle, yikes i had to ask miranda to help me quite a few times! thanks miranda (: ohya! then i got to know the new colleagues better - jiayin, toon yang, shawn, shumei (from ny!=D) etc.! eeeh they thought i was like 18...do i look old? =/ hahaha! left earlier to eat family dinner, then visit mama again.

today! happy birthday ah kong (happy in heaven (: ) and umm MH haha =P mass in the morning, lunch at sweekee, then visit mama to bring her home! yay finally discharged =D accompanied her to watch lots of tv, but she felt a bit dizzy ): hope she'll get well soon...lots of people came to our house to visit (: they say that playing mahjong will be good to stimulate the mind, so looking forward to doing that with her, hehe!

holidays seem to zoooooom past more quickly then we expected =O well, there's nygz farewell party, new years' eve family gathering, and lots more stuff to look forward to (: work is ending soon also, must keep in touch with colleagues! they've really been a bunch of great friends, helping me out and giving me encouragement! fiona, miranda, joy, esther, joyce, li sin, etc. <3 xie xie ni!!!

alot of things have happened lately. at first, i thought that this Christmas would not be that a good one, but this Christmas actually made me realised even more that God is really wonderful, and he always answers ur prayers, and creates great family/friends for you as well (:

haha so basically, on tues I was supposed to bake some cookies for my colleagues on the Xmas gathering, but then suddenly my mum received a call from my neighbour, saying my grandmother fell. so we quickly rushed to her. at first, she seemed to be in a daze but later she regained consciousness. when we saw that the back of her head was bleeding, my sis quickly drove her to the hospital. ya, then she had to be hospitalised ): but her condition was quite stable (: stayed in hospital at night before going back home to prepare the presents. I felt quite sad then, like why did it have to happen so near christmas?

then today, went to work again. don't know why, i seemed to make more mistakes than normal today =/ but after work, i had lots of fun with my colleagues! we went to try on uniforms again and take alot alot of photos =D (photos posted next time!) then we were preparing to go to joy's house, but my mum called and i realised that there was not much time to go to joy's house, eat dinner at home and visit my grandmother, who had to stay in the hospital until sat!!! ): so i couldn't go and i was quite sad, because almost everyone was going and i wanted to spend more time with them, as next year we'll all be busy ): so i cried a bit and told them!

and then...they decide to ACCOMPANY me and VISIT my grandmother! i was really touched, and fiona and joy initiated a prayer in the MRT (: i was so so so touched, seriously! and they cried after that also ): i love u guys! <3 my grandma was happy to see them too, and she could even sit up! yay (: THANK YOU FIONA, JOY, JOYCE, ESTHER and MIRANDA! <3 sorry i couldn't go for the party, hope u all enjoyed urselves and thanks for ur gifts too! hope u like urs!

had a nice dinner with my family! and brought my grandma's ice cream - chocolate! she was happy, and we also gave her her present - bible bookmark! (:

and yesterday was my SISTER'S birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAREST SISTER <3

so i was forcing her to stay awake until midnight before giving her sth! and then slept until early morning and ate nice KFC breakfast with my family =D waffles, biscuits etc. yumm! and then, i brought my sister on a date to watch TWILIGHT. waaaah i love twilight!!! i think robert pattinson was a good edward cullen eh! i was mesmerized by him =P yeahh i enjoyed the movie, with my sis and popcorn! (: then we had a birthday lunch at Phin's, before going back to eat yummy choco cake. then, played bowling with my family and arcade! haha become tradition alr? =D then, my sis had dance prac and i had guitar lesson.

HAPPY 20! 19 dec exists? hehe no more teenager, mature alr!!! but u're still my baby jie, and im ur..baby fats? =/

hello! grr i feel a bit frustrated, because the week that i do not have to work much in, many people are away ): so cant really plan outings either, sad sad! nvm, the good thing is i can go xmas present shopping more easily? and spend time with my mum, sis like for lunches and all (: yup and ehh make more progress with the hci math paper! sighh hahaha

alright so this week was quite a busy working week! yesterday was the 'best', like seriously had to run about non-stop and could only rest to eat lunch! ): ya but i think now i like to take stock/order instead of folding clothes better heh! but the best thing of the work is, i think im really getting closer to my colleagues! ok maybe not all but ya quite a few! (: they're all really friendly. like i feel more comfortable eating lunch with them, talking to them casually, walk a bit around with them in orchard/to mrt etc.! =D may be having a xmas gathering too at joy's house! haha pretty exciting!

i like the little nyonya! although yueniang is a bit 'over-perfect' i think, i like watching chenxi (715) haha and the whole cast + story + costumes/food/etc. are quite good! i was thinking of watching 'Bu Liang Xiao Hua' but i really don't like Rainie yang's voice there ):

back to work today, haha it was pretty smooth and quite fun, minusing the unhappy moments with some customers. like there were one or two customers complaining about stuff like being slow, blur etc. haii u know me! but oh well! and we have new colleagues - daxin, zhengjie, esther and huiling (: i missed joy, miranda, fiona, jiayi etc.! there were some changes to the shop, and i heard that zhenwei left ): he was really friendly! although i don't know him well, but i heard that they cried when he left ): but im sure he has his own reasons. take care, colleague/friend!

ohyes i forgot about grad night! haha let me try to recall..first i was working half day, then i went to the hairdresser, then um..ohyes bella came to my house and my father fetched us to marriott (: the 'smart-casual' theme was not really followed, everyone was so formal and elegant!!! there were people wearing evening gowns, and many curled and styled their hair! nicee =D we took many photos, but i dont have many in my cam! sad ): dinner was not bad, except really alot of seafood! mm oh ya there were performances, i enjoyed the magician show best! thought it was really cool, and ive never seen some tricks before! then the highlight was - games such as nominating best dressed girls, and sabo people to dance! haha WINGYAU and VIVIEN were nominated for best dressed, they looked really pretty! plus shiyu, lianghui, natalie and melanie! then LILI was sabo-ed to dance (; in the end natalie won best dressed (: there was also lucky draw, STEF is a super lucky person heh!

took last min photos, before leaving at about 11 plus. bella and i both had a plane to catch the next day, so it was pretty rush! and hers was at 6am =O i guess it's worth it la (: last school dinner, enjoyable, with close friends/classmates! the only thing is there weren't that much people as expected, so graces is still better.

hello! im back! (:
hongkong was great, but i think i wont have time to blog about every single detail, starting work again tmr ahh!
and there's also grad night! hmm maybe later also =D

hongkong first!

first stop- hongkong disneyland! made us into the dreamy and christmasy mood (: i seriously enjoyed myself here! as much as i did in the tokyo one i think! so glad that the shows were either in english/had english translations =D and we love space mountain! Haha though the only roller coaster there, we didnt get sick riding it because it's in the dark and full of suspense =P winnie the pooh ride! ahh so cute!!! (: my father calls him 'pooh the winnie' for some reason HAHA! stitch encounter was super cute too! we're still wondering how they do it. we took a photo with life-size stitch! =D then there's also small world, buzz lightyear, car driving, jungle river cruise etc. yeahh nice! and FIREWORKS!!! i love fireworks i think watching it together with loved ones gives u a really romantic/warm feeling? yup! the food there was great too! yeahh i loved the two days there, really didnt think much about worries and all (; ooh the disney songs are ringing in my head again..

second stop- kowloon! i love the food there,especially dimsum, wanton mee and doujiang + youtiao! we ate alot alot and the food was super good! then we went shopping and bought quite alot of stuff for ourselves + souvenuirs + xmas presents. we went to a few shopping centres, temple street market, ladies' market, shopping area near our hotel (: ohyes i bought a COLOUR magazine there that is half the price of the one in kino here and im happy! =P it has mike he and ethan ruan yay! we also caught the symphony of lights there which was quite okay, but of course disneyland's better (; and then walked through the avenue of lights - see handprints of famous stars like jackie chan, andy lau and michelle yeoh! seriously it was super hard to take a photo of andy lau's one because it was super crowded there! haha oooh and mike he is going to act with andy lau so cool! (:

third stop - macau! small, but i think pretty rich in their culture! they have lots of churches, casinos etc.! i went into a casino hahaha! =D it was quite exciting, especially seeing some equipment that i usually see on TV. lots of cards, chips, dices etc.! macau tower was exciting too! saw people do sky-walk/sky jump there. eek but so cold and windy! we ate portugese food, and yummy portugese egg tarts!!! the best egg tarts there =D the churches were pretty interesting too, happy that there're many christians in macau!

final conclusion - i love holidays with my family, hongkong is a great city and disneyland is the one of the best theme parks (:

haha quite alot of stuff have happened these few days, shall blog briefly!

wed - worked from 10 to 3! cant really remember the details, but i was working with fiona and joy mainly. i think i'm starting to enjoy the work more, although i was scolded a bit by the senior workers for being slow/blur haha ok shall try to get used to it more! ohya today i did sth new, sit down to sms customers that their nametags are ready...haha not bad can sit down =D after that, rested and slacked at home before meeting bella at tanah merah!!! yup after her WEP, and we went to eat at Changi Airport! haha ate dinner together at Fish & Co (oh dear but once in a while i guess!) and caught up with each other (: havent met her for one month alr! and she can watch Twilight ahead of me in USA, so sad no la kidding =P

thurs - dental appointment, then work the whole day. i got to know another colleague - jiayi! haha she's so funny and talkative, and she and fiona always likes to tease each other =P had quite alot of fun listening and talking a bit to them when there weren't customers.

fri - piano, then met bixuan and qiuhan!!! =D we went to watch madagascar 2, it was cute and funny! then had lunch at subway, exchanged details about our GCP and work (: then walked around plaza sing before leaving. then, i rested at home before heading for my first guitar lesson at yamaha. hope i'll like learning it, even though i must learn to curl my fingers properly ahh..

sat- which is today yeah! first time working with lots of colleagues and it was really busy since it's a weekend. bought lunch with miranda, took stocks/served customers etc. (: and my sis went to visit me! i was quite surprised, but she chose a rather busy period ): happy that her exams are over! oh yeah, thanks joy for helping me keep track of my schedule when i'm gone...i like my colleauges (:

next week, im going to miss episodes of corner with love and the little nyonya. sad, but family vacations always give me the best feelings hahaha <3 nvm, there is always youtube! youtube saves the day =P

hello! shall blog today because i think i'm be quite busy before i leave Singapore again

yeah anyway today i've a break from work! whew haha but i think im starting to enjoy it! although it makes ur legs very suan and some customers are quite difficult to handle, but yeahh i'm glad to know other colleagues and all (;

this morning i went to CGH with my mum =D to help to paste stickers over errors on calendars. then walked to eastpoint to have lunch, and buy stuff (: i think when i get my pay, i will pamper myself a bit =P and save money for christmas presents + presen for *ahem* a day that does not exist? (; fine it does hahaha!

tmr it's off to bibi and baba again! wheee hope to meet nice customers. night time, i'm going to meet bella koh!!! since she's going overseas for a month, must meet her right! hahaha 'farewell' dinner yeah, at changi airport =D oh by the way, i'm seeing bella everywhere in orchard la! when i go to work..on the pillars, walls, practically everywhere around LIDO theatre...HAHAHA TWILIGHT!!!

grad night next mon! finally i'm meeting jessica and stef again!!! but no siying and steph ): i want to play mahjong + candyland! soon soon!

then on tues (2 dec), will be going to hongkong with my family! until 7 dec <3

okay i'll sum up the last four days (:

14 Nov:
- had a great breakfast at the farm before saying bye to the family ): but we took alot of photos together! like with the van, banner etc. (;
- transferred to Mount Aso! beautiful active volcano! then we had a heavy lunch with icecream before going to the Volcano Museum as well.
- then arrived at Aso Farmland! free time!!! =D the 7 of us looked around, played on stuff like the 'balancing obstacle course' etc. and got attracted by 'Doctor Kiss Fish'! Where fish would nibble at ur feet to get rid of ur dead skin. haha it was so funny! lili and ann were the most ticklish, while jiaqi and adeline were very calm! after that our feet felt clean =D
- looked around the shops but they closed so early! ): tried chocolate mochi, then rested at our hotel room, before heading for dinner. had a debrief before going back.
- ann, jiaqi and i went to hot spring! (: Haha it was quite an anxious time and pretty awkward at the begginning, but thankfully for the yellow towels!!! and thankfully we didnt see teachers there yet. the hot spring is really shuang (:
-jiaqi and i went back to the room after that to play bridge with yuying and swee hoon. but um..we kept getting distracted by TV stuff like DBSK, esp swee hoon =D

15 Nov:
- transferred to Kumamoto Port! we fed seagulls! they were so close to us.
- visit Old Samurai House Street.
- eat lunch, then visit Unzen Hell. haha nah it's just very pretty hot springs! but the sulphur is quite smelly. eggs boiled there are considered nutritious!
- longgg bus ride to Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Memorial Muesum! interesting and meaningful. atomic bombs are sososo powerful...love the various paper crane pictures and stuff. it was raining so couldnt go to Peace Park ): but we saw the statue.
- transfer to Tosu and stayed at the cosy Chisun Inn Hotel with jiaqi as roommate again (: haha jiaqi kept falling asleep when we were doing reflections. we were soso tired that we slept pretty early.

16 Nov:
- picked oranges and persimmons in the morning! (: whee it was pretty fun! partnered Bernice, and we finished quite quickly. and my family has eaten finish alr! the oranges are a bit sour, but the persimmons are great =D
- Science Muesum at Fukuoka! Not bad, except very hard to understand stuff since they're all in Jap ):
- lunch we had tempuraaaaa! i love tempuraaa!
- go to NHK TV Studio! pretty cool effects, but we stayed for only half an hr there ):
- go to Citizen's Safety Fukuoka where we experience earthquake, typhoon, fire, and fire extinguishing! haha fire extinguishing is the best! it's like some kind of game (;
- moment everyone has been waiting for! shopping!!! hahaha at Aeon Mall! hanged out with ann and adeline! we bought food from Jusco, ann bought a really pretty bag from Adidas, adeline and i bought sushi models, ann and adeline bought cute files, attempted to buy more souvenuirs, we all bought green tea ice cream! (: quite bitter but not bad, considering i dont like green tea i actually quite like the ice cream! okay..
- dinner! another buffet with quite nice dessert.
- Chisan Hotel Hakata! The hotel room was more spacious and the beds were nice! since it was the last night, we decided not to sleep so early! Lili, wingyau and yuying came to our room to play our last rounds of bridge ): sigh i miss bridge so much now. we also watched a bit of tv, and yuying ate her beimian. i miss nights like this!

17 Nov:
- LAST DAY ): immediately went to airport after breakfast to do check-in, last min shopping, photos, and boarded plane..
- watched a few movies and played street fighter II! haha my sister and my all-time favourite comp game =D
- welcome back to Singapore! byebye i miss 6 of u ): and swee hoon! and siling mei! and some teachers, tour guides, bus driver, jap sch friends etc. etc.

hello! this shall be a short post.
today i started work officialy at bibi and baba! (: haha it was a bit scary at first, but the people there are really really nice! i was a new worker with joy who's the same age as me =D so first we had to look around to see the stocks and familiarise ourselves with a few of the schools. ya and then customers started coming it and we got rather busy! i was quite blur at first, having to find the uniforms and estimate some of their sizes and all. but it became quite fun! though our legs became suan from standing for long hours. but as bixuan says, all jobs are like that i guess! =P ya then i left at 3pm together with fiona! a really friendly girl who sort of reminds me of shuhui! hahaha. she's about 18 years old i think, then we went to macdonalds and bought bread from the bakery together. ya so she's like one of the first real friends i've made from the place (:

i'll finish up with japan really soon, like tonight or tmr maybe? =P do an overall summary! okay going off to bibi and baba again soon, byeee!

heyhey! haha i was quite busy job-hunting yesterday at eastpoint and tampines mall! (; as well as trying to find some volunteer work to do.

so i went to quite alot of places! it was quite exciting, but quite sad to get rejected ): heh in the end i only managed to fill in application forms for long john silver and pastamania! and had an interview at pastamania somemore. but it sounds so tough, seriously! like u may have to work until 1am for somedays and they say the work is really tedious =/ but since u need to have a min committment of 3 months, guess i can't work there ): but F&B really sounds interesting though!

ya then bixuan recommended me a job of a 'surveyor' in research plus company! mm sounds not bad! we're going for interviews soon =D Mine is later at chinatown at 4pm! but i think it'll be for like 1-2 days? whee good luck to us! ohya i also heard from my cousin (colin gor) about working at Bibi and Baba! they agreed and i can start working and observing this sat! (: eeh but they prefer workers on weekends, so i think jacey u cant right since u have dance! ): then bixuan's also going for hol in dec? ): hehe qiuhan come back soon yeah!!

okay, back to japan! =D

13 Nov - we had a great home-cooked breakfast, then went to Takachiho High School! (: it was super chilly that day, but the kendo costume was pretty warm haha! =D we had a hands-on experience, and our teacher is super 'kawaii'! (: we also heard their choir and watched their 'shinto' cultural dance. then we had English class! Um sort of la, for the whole lesson the students just practised conversing with us in english (: my table buddies were quite funny! they showed us lots of photos as well. ohya then there was this guy who calls himself "Obama" and is the joker of the class =D then the guys also gathered and asked each of us who we thought was the best-looking and all. heh so funny! luckily i didnt really give an answer =P
after that, learnt how to make paper cranes! they cancelled our performances but it's alright i guess (; had packed lunch, before leaving the school ): so fast!!! they were all waving to us la! ohya and we were on TV hahaha! i think Swee Hoon and Lili were interviewed =D ya then we went to um Takachiho-machi? had nice scenery and all again (: we had to walk down 250+ steps and walk up again!
then it was back to the farm farm farm! =D had a great dinner again - jap curry!!! i think i like jap curry alot now! then watched the Kagura Show, before heading back again! we wrote in their address book, and note to them! also took down their address (: then we played bridge again! as well as other card games, and did lots of funny things together in the cosy room (: i think we all slept quite late!

JAPAN PART 1

okay shall blog about japan in more detail now =D

9 nov - took the overnight flight to fukuoka! haha was pretty excited about watching movies on board (: like the dark knight again! ahh but in the end we were all so tired that we were asleep most of the time on the plane =P

10 nov - reached fukuoka in the morning! met our tour guides - yuko-san and tomoko-san (: then we went to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu shrine, and robo-square! haha the robots are so cute, and they have many 'toy' machines (put a coin in and turn the knob to let a ball come out) =P they have mos-burger ones, potato chip ones etc. so cool!!! hehe we played alot with it. in the end, i got a mos burger and rubiks cube one. yup then we had lunch at fukuoka tower! sadly, not jap food but the desert was great =D next, we headed to Kumamoto Castle! nice designs and all, yup but it was pretty windy! and then we eat dinner at a nice Jap buffet restaurant before checking in at Chisun Inn! they have double-decker beds haha quite unique! my roommate was Jiaqi and we had a great time playing bridge with Lili, Wingyau and Yuying until quite late. then went to sleep in the cosy room (;

11 nov- today was mostly on environmental stuff. breakfast was ok, although we weren't exactly used to eating rice in the morning yet. but we got used to it! (: yup our first stop was visiting Kumamoto City Recycle Plaza + Information Plaza. ehh okay la! some parts were interesting, like seeing how the material of plastic bottles/rubber tyres can transform into useful stuff! =D had a good lunch (but i cant remember what we ate D:) is it seafood rice? heh anyway after that we headed to minamata disease municipal muesum! quite sad ):, but it was meaningful to hear about the situation from the victims themselves. after that headed to Yunoko San kaikan Equal hotel! this time my roomates were Jiaqi, Yuying and Swee Hoon. we wore kimonos and sleep on tatami =D our dinner was super super filling la! yeah then we tried out auditions for the school performance before getting ready to write reflections and sleep. but before that we saw this certain variety 'pervertic' tv show haha! =P

12 nov - breakfast was filling too! then we visited Bs Co. Ltd Tsukinoura Centre where we saw how human waste can be recycled hoho. umm then saw the beautiful Tsujyun Bridge where water sprouted out of it! so nice. then ate lunch (oh dear what did we eat?) more jap food and it was great! aiya all the meals were good except for one or two. then we watched a puppet show which was quite interesting, and we were given quite a lot of free time. so my classmates and i were trying to entertain ourselves by taking lots of photos (; and then...we headed to GOKASE FARM!!! farrmmates were yuying, lili, wingyau, ann, adeline, jiaqi, sweehoon and mrs sandy tan! this is my favourite part so im going to sound pretty excited here =D my fare greeted warmly by the host family - father and mother! aww they're so cute espcially the mother! she was trying to find a way to explain to us what to do with the matress so she just quickly lay down on the mattress on the floor to show the 'action' hahaha! ya it was veryvery cold but thank goodness for the heaters! i love heaters (; then we looked around the farm for a while before eating DINNER. dinner was sosososo goooood! i seriously ate alot alot. we had sushi, spaghetti, miso soup, tempura carrot and leaves, etc. =P then we played bridge! and the host mother joined us! she is so cute seriously (: i teamed up with her when playing bridge and i think we were quite lucky (: i miss her so much now! ohya we bathed and after bathing we're supposed to soak in this bathtub of hot water but it was really very hot! hahha okay..ya then we slept soon, although we werent used to the silence (no fan or aircon sound) but soon we fell asleep becuase we were soso tired.

today was a very fun day (:
yes first of all, i had piano lesson at 8am! haha i did miss piano and it feels good to play it first thing in the morning. after that attempted to clear up the house a bit, then headed off to cityhall mrt station to meet bixuan, qiuhan and jacey (:

we had lunch at pizza hut! yumm yumm students meal! hehe and we took some photos and talked. after that headed to the cinema to watch quantum of solace! not bad la, alot of action! but casino royale is better - love story (: sorry stef! but im very very sure u watched it alr =D and then..we went to hunt for jobs! =O it was quite scary, but in the end we managed to fill up application forms for thai express, and they helped me fill in for KFC (when i left) (: thank you! hopefully we can get sth soon..

anyway, i left early! to meet my sis whom i havent really spent 'quality time' with for a pretty long time =D the rest left to watch choral night, sorry! ): yep had a 'small dinner' at home with my sis first, then we went to watch...HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL! hahaha ive been waiting so long to watch it! =P went to ask quite a few people for their comments about it, heh have different responses! but anyway, i thought it nice, love the dance choreography moves, like quite a few songs! although the storyline is not very good and there was a bit overdose of troy! XD yes quite surprising to hear that coming from me right? hahaha! ohmann hope those going to USA can really have an opportunity to meet the cast! =D i feel so excited hahhaa.

level closure- i was so touched when my class cheered! thank you <3 and i really loved seeing the montage! it is really surprising seeing how much all of us changed. we've all grown up, prettier and smarter? haha =D ohya 402 got the most punctual class award! yay! ms claudine tan's performance was really touching as well, seeing her facial expressions and can really make u cry. i think she'll really miss us. although i wasnt taught by her at all, i think i'll miss seeing her as well ):

mm then spring cleaning! haha not bad finished quite fast! 36 people working together =D yup then ms sebastian gave us JELLY HEARTS! first time trying them, and they're so nice! thanks ms sebastian! (:

then it was break time! we played more uno (last day ): ), siying and i bought cha ye dan made by eva's and cass's bball teacher! not bad =D and then...we looked around the school...

class closure - had sort of a 'graduation ceremony' when each person went up to collect cert, report book etc.! then take a photo with ms sebastian haha =D and then ms yeo came in to talk to us (: it's great having such great teachers who really care about you. then we took more photos together! before leaving the classroom. )': nvm we'll be back there on mon!

jean, stef, steph, siying, jessica and i ate lunch together at the canteen - gan lao la mian! according to jessica, it's the 'last supper'...after that we went to steph's house. quite a long journey but good exercise =D yupp then we played mahjong! hehe i teamed up with jean, and we all played don't know how many games! mahjong is so addictive..and seriously all of us got so ji dong! adrenaline rushes hahaha! and jean kept making me laugh for don't know what reason =P steph gave us biscuits as well, thank you! yeahh i love mahjong and my friends! <3 after that steph's mother gave us a lift. haha we had to squeeze and jessica had to sit on jean's lap =D

graduation ceremony - it was a bit boring having to wait and all, but i really loved it when i saw ms sebastian going up on stage to give a speech on our class being MODEL CLASS and the whole class just stood up to clap and cheer for ourselves. and our dearest monitress qianwen who went to collect the prize! <3 i felt soso proud of our class!!! it was seriously very touching. yeahh, and congrats to all who got awards! like my dear tablemate Jiale! CCA girl award! (: and Jo, outstanding service award! (: ms yeo's speech was inspiring too. ms yeo will always be ms yeo =D

oh mymy, suddenly i feel overwhelmed with emotions ):
we're actually going to leave ny in a few days' time. i must say, there has definitely been lots of ups and downs. it's amazing how 4 years can pass so quickly.

from 105/205 to 302/402 <3, i've made precious friends, and got to know nice teachers who're there to motivate us and all. despite the large piles of hw, projects and assignments that we're given, i somehow enjoy the time doing some of them together with people, like staying online until very late and seeing practically the whole class online and talking on msn. yup and i think all the lifeskills camps have been very memorable too. seeing stars in sec 2s with close friends, OBS and team bonding, graces camp and having lots and lots of fun with ur classmates etc. (: there's so much moreeee.

and of course, there's NYGZ. wow i can still remember the first time we joined the CCA. qiyan and shuhui came up to jiayi, chengxin and i and wanted to be our buddies (: yeahh and then we got to know the whole sec one batch and soon organise lots of stuff together. like coming to my house to watch shutter (:, omg i still think it's the scariest movie ive ever watched! lydia and vivien this is for you (if you ever read this) - i'll always remember about apple, melon, kiwi thing and pilli padis etc haha =D then all of us slowly matured, and though i did experience some disappointment in certain stuff, i think i did grow (: our seniors and teachers were great, especially motivating us during SYF! before we realise it, we're sec fours! and we had to organise our own concert and everything. woahh and we were so proud of it! haha lots of other stuff..i love NYGZ <3

hmm i enjoyed being in PSL too! (: i especially enjoyed knowing juniors during sec one orientation. like jiamin, yijung, evelyn and yuzhen! they'll always be my fav PSL juniors and i still keep in touch with some of them =D yeah i also like to bond with some batchmates, like through some duties and all. and i managed to learn skills like tourleading, ushering etc. (: yay

so for the last few days of school, im going to have fun playing cards with my classmates yes? (; haha and umm do chinese D:, maybe go visit NYGZ during one of the practices!

im talking to elizabeth now! i havent talked to her properly for a long time and i feel great, it's like having some kind of 'heart-to-heart talk' and knowing about some problems while i tell her some of mine. elizabeth's the first close friend i made in NY right (: thanks elizabeth <3

hello! before i blog about the outing at the zoo yesterday, shall blog about today (:

got back HCL and LA. um..HCL paper 1 was quite surprising, because they moderated it =O even so, i knew what my 'before moderation' mark was and it was quite scary ): paper 2 was even worse..haha no comments. LA, quite happy with compre, the rest were not so good but i guess i cant expect too much =/

to friends out there worried about their marks, please cheer up ok? <3 dont cry over spilt milk, have confidence and work hard for o levels HCL!

yeahh then jessica brought UNO today! =D so jessica, stef, steph, siying, qianwen, yunting and i were playing during free time. we played cheat too! haha so funny la, we kept trying to catch steph 'cheat' because she's so 'cunning'! but she defeated us and won! and she kept scaring us whenever she banged her card down on the table =P

okok zoooo time! im so happy that i went! 1. i miss ex classmates! 2. i realised some animals there are so cute (: 3. the shows are so nice! especially the sea lion one. 4. We ate KFC and ben and jerry's! yumm =D 5. ehh very good exercise! haha

so the day began with a pretty long journey there, but i guess it's worth it! hehe walked around to look at quite alot of animals, before going to eat lunch at KFC. finger-licking good! then qiuhan and siyu went to play at the children's water playground! haha quite funny because there was this giant pucket that was going to splash! so they quickly ran off (;

oooh so happy that qiuhan's likes 'WoDeKuaiLe' very much too! (: though i think of the sad scenes of mingzhong when i hear it, but it's so...expressive? Hehe

heyhey! haha just did the chinese assignment we're supposed to do with jean (: sigh but both of us felt so sian, but i guess o level hcl isn't that far away, which is a very very scary thing ):

from fri to sun, i did quite a few things (: but spent quite alot of time lazing around at home as well heh! hmm let's see, had piano lesson after quite a long time, watched wall-e with my mum (yay still in cinemas!), met joan to pass some chem notes (jiayou!(:), chinese tuition (ahh face reality ):), played mahjong with my grandma, talked on msn, baked (=D), watched videos, exercised, tried to clean up my room, ate yummy meals with family etc.!

tmr i'll be going to the zoo with qiuhan, bella, chooyi and siyu (: haha quite a long time since i've been there la! but i hope i wont be scared about anyth (zoo stuff etc.) =/ okay la i wont!

alright shall change my blog songs soon! but i'll miss them ): still think i'll leave 'With all I am' there though (: haha i want to change to S.H.E songs i think! yeah i like some of their songs from the new album.

i think there're many people around me who have much stronger faith in God than i do ): like my mum said, why worry so much when u have Him? but i really can't help it sometimes, but worrying is seriously useless, redundant and..arghh! how i wish i still have catehchism now, at least i wont feel so insecure ): i guess i really should make the effort to pray more..

yeahh the day began with us entering the class to see the assignment 'board' and a very big lizard! haha math was pretty tedious + careless mistakes ):

anyway, had a very fun day after that at plaza sing! (:
first had lunch at kopitiam with stef, steph, jessica, siying, qianwen, jocelyn, michelle, haidee and sitong! yeahh then we walked around and window-shopped at places like spotlight and times. hehe then the stef, steph, jessica, siying and i went to watch mama mia! =D the others went to watch 'hua pi'.

yeah i think the movie is quite a good one! wouldnt be one that is really really memorable to mee, but yeah it's a 'feel-good' movie and the songs are nice! and i cant believe meryl streeps can act both as 'donna' in mama mia and 'miranda' in devil wears prada! =O it's so different. after our movie steph and siying went home while the three of us continued walking around to buy birthday present (:

yup okay shall continue next time got 'catching up' of stuff to do =P

had a very nice lunch today with my family, haha love japanese food alot! =D we went to a place called 'shokudo' at raffles city, the jap food is cheap (compared to normal prices) and there's a big variety! and CLEO was holding some makeover contest. the winner would be able to be on the magazine cover of CLEO! so cool but first they had to pay $30 to have a makeover haha. but i think it's quite memorable to have a makeover and get a picture of it (: even if u dont think u're that goodlooking, u'll still look good!!

ahh self-control im getting too attracted by dramas! haha currently i like the drama shown on channel 8 at 7pm, because i like the guy jiawei! he's like the ideal guy la =P filial and nice! and not bad looking! okay..

very quick post!

teachers' day celebrations were quite good! (: haha we managed to see all of our teachers, give them class gifts, eat macdonalds and rachel's muffins, and take alot of photos =D then we went to watch the concert which was funny, especially the teachers' awards! hahaha then i think the PSG's show was good also, how can they make such nice 'clothes'? so cool!

then went to do a bit of the plastic recycling project, before heading down to taonan with nick and louisa! sadly, we didnt managed to see lianglaoshi this time ): ah so sad lah!! i still remember the time when our whole class (6I) planned a surprise birthday party for her..and even though she seems so tomboyish and tough, she cried along with a few of us on graduation day (': and i still remember in P5 i almost fainted in PE lesson (yes i know very weak ):) and she went to buy milo for me! haha i was so touched..

yup ohya first time ky was earlier than us =D so we went to parkway to eat! ohmann i realised that i have many indecisive friends =P I am indecisive also..we took so long to decide what to eat! in the end we settled for mos burger. talked quite a bit, then we walked around giant, sembawang, borders etc. then headed home (:

haha whoops, i didnt keep to my word! because i had a suddenly urge to blog about certain things.

1. going back to taonan tmr! with the usual people - nick, louisa and kaiyang! our tradition = rush to take a cab with nick and louisa (have to be a bit aggressive =/) and take it all the way to taonan (alot of money ):) quickly look for teachers before they leave, wait for kaiyang, take our group photo! =D and maybe go to parkway parade for lunch. im so happy that we're still going back even though we're already quite lao! =P will we still go back in JC? whatever it is, i'll never ever want to cut contact with these group of people. we must still meet up ok! for outings, concert/competition supports or whatsoever (:

2. teachers' day celebration! tmr will be last time 402 will be having a party together ): ahhh..but anyway, we'll be having a nice time together, eating macs breakfast! (: really appreciate all the efforts by everyone, especially qianwen and jiaqi! thank you! for planning the gifts/cards and party (:

it's raining everyday now! actually i like rain, especially when at home because it feels cooler (: but not when im on the way home! hahaha

today was a so-so day in school, the most memorable thing was when ms sebastian asked me a question. i wasnt so sure how to answer it, and im not sure whether it's a good or bad thing. ):

but after school was quite fun =D went to orchard's kinokuniya with jessica and stef to look for teachers' day presents for two teachers (: ya and it was so funny! we kept telling each other lame/funny jokes from the book we browsed through heh! and kinokuniya is so tempting la i see alot of mingzhong stuff! yup then after we got the presents we went down to the taka basement to look at yummy food! in the end we bought the nice japanese pancake with fillings (: managed to buy sth for my piano teacher too!

ohya speaking of mingzhong, it ended alr! ): so sad but i guess it's a signal for us to not be so distracted and focus on EOYs! and olympics too..i'll miss gymnastics, diving, table tennis and synchronised swimming!

i think cunxi and xinyi are really compatible (: their love story is not like those typical 'love at first sight', or 'enemies become lovers' story, but it's how they met by coincidence and slowly got to understand each other after living together. and realised the emptiness of losing each other. aiyaa i just like this drama plot so much! just like my lucky star =D they shall be my fav drama series! but there's no mike he haha nvm i like those with mike he too =P

so on friday recess, jacey, bx and i went to look for bella to celebrate her birthday with her! qh was busy with work so she couldnt come ): (btw cheer up okay! <3) haha ya then portia also joined us to celebrate with her. yup so we sang her birthday songs, forced her to eat cake and gave her the present =D

yay! flat shoes which she wanted (: bella the cinderella!

ohyeahh then it was so exciting during that recess because so many people were crowding around in front of the small tv in the canteen - to watch the li jiawei vs zhang yining match! when ljw won the first match practically everyone in the canteen cheered! hahaha then we went back to class to watch the live 'pointing system'. then whenever ljw's scored a point we would clap =P tried to beg zuo laoshi to let us see the scoring thing until the end..but she was nice to let us see the final part.

then after piano and tuition, i watched the bronze medal match with jiejie nana! aiyoo quite nerve-wrecking! but i guess she did play her best (: every sportsman/woman does? but i came across an article today about being 'ruthless' is better than being 'steady' because li jiawei wrote 'wen' instead of 'hen' on her palm. hmmm...

haha had a very nice lunch and dinner just now! for lunch i brought bella to eighteen chefs for a birthday treat! we ate pasta but kena-ed the wrong order the first round! Haha ya it was not bad - the student meal set include iced lemon tea (her fav drink), pasta and ice cream! yumm (: quite worth it la! ok i think i should stop attempting to be so thrifty sometimes =/ ok fine not very hahah!

i want to watch synchronized swimming! in the afternoon i had tuition with alina again. sighh CRO! ): then rushed to church with my family, before having a nice dinner at thai express (:

haha so sorry for that short post! mm basically, school was been quite alright these few days...and now about half of 402 is currently obsessed with the Rubik's Cube! hehe ok im going to try and learn how to do it! it's pretty addictive, thanks qianwen and stef for teaching me =D

i realised that there's only about 2-3 months left in nanyang. of course i dont feel that sad as i did in taonan because we'll all still be going to the same JC right? HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!

hmm i shall first blog about 080808 so all of us had to gather at old police academy for Connect Singapore. i met ann at Eunos MRT at around 8.15 to take bus 154 together (: if it weren't for ann, i probably would not know how to get there by myself! plus we managed to met jessica at the bus stop before heading in tgh. yup so ann went for her duty and jessica and i were quite early. a few others were there too! so all of us waited and waited..talked and read books. then soon everyone sang national day songs! haha it was quite okay..our class tried to zi-high a bit and sway =D then we waited somemore, sang birthday songs for 080808 and 090808 people. finally we walked to the place to link hands. and our class had a mini-picnic and tried to play murderer to kill time! before we knew it, the thing was over! =O a bit unexpected but i think the whole idea behind this is actually quite meaningful. hopefully it'll be more successful next time!

okay so after that i went to united square with stef and jessica to eat a fast lunch of macdonalds! yup so i rushed through my lunch, and left earlier. sorry! then took the mrt, but there was a change of plans so i changed train and took back home to prepare for piano instead. yikes theory is making me stressed! and im still quite worried about my piano teacher, after seeing what happened ): after i come home, my cousin tutored me essay-writting skills (: and then the moment my father was so excited about came - Olympics! i think the olympics ceremony was good, especially the first part on China's history of inventions. but it got a little bit boring when they started introducing all the countries..then we waited and waited and waited for the Olympic torch ! haha niceee =D but it ended so late!

actually, i dont think 080808 was that a wonderful day for me? as in i did enjoy myself with classmates and at home with my family but..i was worrying about certain things. well thankfully, you managed to go (: let's hope other things will settle down too. i dont like seeing sad faces ): but im sure lots of people enjoyed their 080808 very much! like weddings, FIR concert, etc. hahaha (:

(although sometimes, seeing happy faces with sad feelings may be even worse)

today! met my relatives at Macritchie at 7.45 for a hiking trip! heheh was pretty energetic about it at first but soon our feet got so sore. and i suddenly felt a stomachache and wanted to go to the toilet badly! haiyoo wrong timing. at about 10 we reached the main macritchie reservoir part! yay i felt so much better after that (: walked with xuanhan, joan, my mum and my father! ohyeahh and every one of us were either wearing red or white shirts =D patriotic!

so we covered about 12km in 3 hrs! =D yay not bad! had lunch after that, a few bathed, and then we headed to xiaoshu's house. watched a bit of olympics, played bridge then xuanhan, joan, xuanyu and i went to swim (: so shuang to swim after such a hot day. splash and piggyback! unfortunately, it was going to rain so we had to leave half and hr later ): bathed, then had tea, and my sister came (: we played bridge for a while then went to watched gymnastics with the rest of the relatives. quite cool la, especially seeing all the extremely talented ones like those from china, japan etc. then my family had dinner at toa payoh before heading home!

oops didnt manage to catch NDP this time! haha maybe i'll next week.

hello! ive quite enjoyed myself these few days (:

highlights:

sat night - went to joan's house and my relatives discussed about the macritchie trip on national day! haha yes we're going to trek in macritchie to celebrate nat day =D joan and i went on a Charmed marathon while they discussed! then the four young ones went to play comp games. haha i havent watched that for a long time (: yup then i went up to her room, it has changed quite a bit! and she showed me the neoprint cards we took when we were young, aww (: ya then we talked a bit about the past and present. time really flies..i miss alot of things.

monday - haha exciting day! rushed home after school to get ready for jacey lim's Limelight band concert . then hurried out to meet bella to buy the bouquet of lilies at the flower shop outside my house! the auntie was so nice! =D aiya should have bought there during other times also. then we went to cityhall to meet bx, jy, portia and qh! then bella went to eat dinner with jy and portia while we waited for qh to eat at macdonalds. both of them looked so nice in their dresses! (: ya then while eating we saw mr lim kok boon and he came to sit with us to eat his burger. haha! then went to esplanade and watch (:

mm the concert was quite nice! i especially liked the latin, disney and spirited away songs. our seats were quite okay too! can see all the band players.

then after that it was a bit chaotic again! haha but we managed to spot jacey (: heheh well done girl! then bx, qh and i went to stroll along singapore river after that! the wind was so nice..ya and we took a few pictures =D im shall post a few of them soon! then met bella again after that to go home!

Chinese dance concert - before, during and after (:

shall blog about the very nice day i had yesterday! haha so yup after school met bella and bixuan. jacey lim had cca, sadly! because her concert is just 3 days away =D oh ya but before that my class had teachers' day audition. ahh sadly, the PDA system had some problems so couldnt play music/montage ): but really hope we'll get in like last year!

okay yup so after that we went to cityhall mrt! and we had to walk so much! didnt realise it'll be so hard to find a florist shop. so we looked in raffles city, dont have! so we walked all the way to marina square. marina square reminds me of VIVO city! it's so wide...we walked practically around the whole of 2nd and 3rd floor. legs so suan! heh and finally we managed to find one, thanks to the information counter! yup the flowers were a bit ex..but we were quite desperate! haha they made alot of business! since we were so tired after that, we went to long john's silver to rest, eat fries, and wait for jacey lim! and ohyes..peak at mingzhong which was playing in the TS shop =D haha but only 10 mins of one episode!

at around 6.20, we went to change! hehe quite troublesome though! must change shoes and all that as well. haha then went to subway to eat dinner! bought jaceylim dinner also then she changed and we ate together (: ohyes chooyi also came soon after that to find us! then we walked to esplanade! waah walk again..painful toes! saw many many people there..and some of them looked really nice! wearing dresses and all (;

i thought our seats were not bad! considering it's the cheapest $20 =P ya but couldnt recognise the faces though! and bixuan's seat was far from ours ):

yay i thought the concert was great! the dancers are all really graceful..especially liked the last few! like the one with the umbrellas, the butterfly one and the finale piece (:

then after the concert we searched for wu qiuhan first to present her a 'mini rose bouquet'! =D 3 roses = I Love You! hahaha! bellakoh says i owe her 999 roses? =/ hmmm...then they looked for other classmates. sadly i dont have classmates who are chinese dancers ): so i went to look for 205 classmates to give flowers instead! it was quite difficult, considering the large crowd and very large place!

yup and at around 11 plus we took the mrt home..sigh was pretty exhausted. then i tried to distract myself with the comp to wait for my sister who came home at about 1.30am (; welcome back from bali!

so what has been happening these few days? (:

NYGZ passover!
on tuesday we listened to the speeches made by our juniors. vivien, lydia, jing2, zp, liyue etc. asked them alot of questions! haha i tried to ask one or two but i dont think the questions were very good. after listening to the speeches, i could tell that many of them have matured. (: then all of us had to vote!

on wednesday went to help out in counting the votes. haha it was quite exciting =D then planned a bit on how we planned to 'passover'

on thursday (today), the comm members conducted interviews with the selected people. jiayi, eliza, florence, wenjiao, yinghong and i went to the com lab to do the powerpoint (: i learnt some new ppt skills! haha and i learnt alot of other things...like jiayi has very good colour combination skills =D yup but we were so desperate to find photos that we had to 'printscreen' the montage hahaha! and i decided that working on ppt/montage is so fun! but have to improve on my IT skills =/ we worked on it for around 2.5 hrs then went to meet the rest to present the results to the juniors (:

so yup congrats juniors who got into the comm! (: then we had mass photo-taking and sec fours photo-taking. then it was goodbye ): ohman..nvm there's still the farewell party and we can always come back right?

haha my class has been working really hard for the auditions! stayed back for most of the lunches during this week to work on our performance. yay jiayou everyone and thanks all those who organised it (:

hello! i shall blog about today (:
today's one of the best X-country days i have! during and after =D

okay first of all the moment i reached there, the class was singing stef a birthday song! aww..and she received some presents (: yup then we had to wait a long time for the fun run! so while waiting, a whole group of us gathered together to play werewolf! haha let me think..i think there were jessica, stef, steph, siying, yuying, haidee, qianwen, ann, felisa, ha and i! sorry if i missed anyone out. yup then it was quite exciting! jessica's favourite game right =D

ya so we waited for the competitive runners to come back. i think from our class sam, rachel and wingyau got prices! yay congrats (: haha in the end our fun run was a mixture of 'running' and 'walking'. but i didnt expect it to end that fast? ahh not bad good exercise!

then after that we brought the birthday girl out to amk hub! i think i havent been there before? haha then we thought not much people will go there..but we were wrong! so saw many people like jasmine, nick, jiale, jiaqi, joelle etc.! and then we took so long to decide on a movie. in the end we chose the dark knight! was pretty excited to watch it. at first i didnt even know about lor! then everyone kept saying it's so good..and stef hsu wanted to watch it again (: it made me interested! sorry mummy and jie ):

and as usual we took a long time to decide on the lunch place too =P in the end we went to ichiban sushi! haha since it's quite rare to eat at nice restaurants with friends, plus celebrating an occasion (: ya then we half-treated stef! haha then thought of a plan..but it was quite obvious i guess! jessica and i kept laughing and 'going to the toilet'...

so after lunch the waitress popped up with a surprise cake! the waitress is so nice to help us (: then stef was surprisingly surprised!

ya and i thought the ending was so meaningful..and some of the quotes they had were worth alot of thinking. ya it was rather mind-exhausting (;

tada! makes me feel like watching the other batman shows now..

hello! i spent most of my weekend with my family (:

today's my father's birthday! yup and tmr is my grandma's and stef's birthday! =D

okay so last night i met my maternal relatives to eat dinner at 'happy restaurant' in paya lebar. to celebrate my grandma's birthday! haha the restaurant name is very cute right? yup so it was good to have a gathering again! we ate quite alot. haha felt so relieved to be able to eat normally again! had a bad diarrhoea the previous night and i think it made me lose 1 kg? haha but ive most probably gained back everyth alr with the meals =O

haha i thought it was quite funny what! then my other cousins and sis laughed at me for laughing =/ then they also talked about different situations of giving mrt seats to people! hmm oh ya there was these other group of people at the table next to us..and they were so noisy! when they left it suddenly became so quiet.

well anyway, hope my grandma enjoyed her dinner (:

then today i had another lunch to celebrate my father's birthday! a chinese restaurant again..plus cake! yummm.

im pretty excited about tmr! not about X country..about after X country heh! =D

ohyess everyone keeps talking about The Dark Knight? hoho i hope to be able to catch it soon. some mentioned that u have to keep staring at the screen the whole time and u'll be super excited!

this is the first time im posting twice in a day i think!

but i just felt like saying sth again. haha actually i realised i kind of like test/exam periods in a way. i know it's very weird! but i just miss sitting down at home/in school, reading stuff and halfway grabbing snacks to eat, talking to my mother etc. then receiving quite alot of smses from friends and using up smses too - encouragement/what is tested/how to do etc. haha ya and also miss sending notes, scanning in notes, receiving notes..ya i think it makes me feel closer to my friends!! and now it seems to be everyone is back to their normal stuff they're busy with and i miss the continuous vibration of my phone ): sorry for suddenly feeling like that..zz!

but of course we all deserve a break! yes yes definitely =D

next week is quite a special week! three very special people to me have their birthdays on that week (: and there's also NYGZ elections too! go juniors!

except today the papers were difficult. i think math's the worst one!

haha im still thinking about the chinese paper! the third compre..i like it (: even though the questions required alot of inferences?

yup happy happy i got to watch mingzhong! =D after waiting anxiously for 4 days! ahh im getting a bit obsessed. she's taking too long to forgive him but next week..yay!

okay i shall blog about some fun times which happened quite long ago.. (:

CO concert last fri! haha we met at international plaza to eat dinner and buy flowers for siying and others. yup then headed to SCH! haha didnt expect the concert so be so long! i like the drums the most (: so cool! ya and of course liked juniors playing baiyi too! glad their hard work paid off. but couldnt meet them and give them stuff at the end because they left alr ): so sad! haha the concert ended around 10 plus but they didnt allow us to give flowers immediately! so sad la so around was crowding outside like waiting for idols =D yay i saw rachel, portia, jinyao...but png siying didnt come out through the same door! ahhhh but we managed to pass her beforehand luckily (: ya so we left the place at around 11.30pm it was quite scary, somemore when we went to the mrt station we saw the sign "last train to boon lay!

the next day...haha guess what? nick and i went back to SCH again. less than 24 hours! haha to see kaiyang's concert! but we left during the intermission to go back to study. sorry! but we saw her very big tuba! looks like i keep going to band concert to see people playing tubas =O jaceylim also haha. ya then nick and i wrote a very funny letter to her and asked the usher to help us to pass to her, together with flowers. ohman i miss them alot ):

today was a gan-ning zuowen day! many 402 people had to starve during break just to finish it ): but we watched finish gattacca today (: but the ending is..ahh ok dont worry no spoilers!

mingzhong's ratings exceeded 12! omg! and their average is over 10! well done =D but i had to quickly rush through the episode due to time constraints ): but managed to catch the XY and CX parts (:

yikes this week was such a hectic week ):
and oops ive decided to come back and blog again..to relieve stress a bit!

ya so last night so many of us (402) were online until very late! were all gan-ning our personal statements and achievements! then everyone asked questions here and there..haha at least we were all stressed tgh! in the end we could hand them in on mon with certs and email ms sebastian later in the day..sigh!

today's lessons were quite okay. haha LA was nice! we watched the movie Gatacca (correct spelling?) and got all excited. i think science fic can be quite cool..and i like 'mystery' stories (: ooh but chinese was horrible! LIJIE! as expected, stayed back at 12.15 ): qianwen, jasmine, sitong and i went to buy food and do tgh! (: then rushed to the Connect Singapore trial run after that. had to hold hands and say the pledge. then the councils tried to make us go high with cheers and kallang waves haha! then we were all squeezing hands to play 'murderer' (;

okay then i was on the way home when bellakoh told me she was waiting for me! at aljunied/paya lebar. u know how touched i was?! hahaha (: but she said she didnt feel like going home so early. so i let her come to my house for a while! havent had friend visitors for a long time..since my house is considered farfarfar away ): yup so bella helped me a bit with my physics ws! u are smart lor! then she had to watch me play piano because i had to prepare for lesson =/ then she went to pet safari thing! haha i tried to persuade her to go home early and treasure time. time may run out before we know it!

funfair yesterday!
i was actually quite excited it but on the actual day itself, it didnt seem to have the same atmosphere as the previous years? =/ haha especially the public one! but anyway, 402 sold all our bangles about halfway through (: yay!

unfortunately i had to leave earlier with qianwen, steph, jiawen and sarah for the MOE excel fest. but before that managed to go to 301's haunted house with jessica, siying, stef, jocelyn, qianwen and jean =D haha it was quite funny! because our main aim was supposedly 'look for stef's textbook in our classroom which was used heh! then the moment we entered dont know why we just started screaming and stood there! hahaha! then jean and i kept being ka-jiaoed by the 'ghost' and 'mummy' because we were standing behind =O spiders were quite scary! then at the end jessica and stef had to dip their hand into some blood thing (; when we left i heard they all went to play DDR and it was quite funny too!

anyway, we bought bread from breadtalk before heading to the booth. tiring! haha had to stand for around 4 hours and explain the same things to many visitors and answer questions. some questions were quite weird but im really glad when the visitors thanked me and said global classroom was interesting and all! yay haha then eva, ann, jocelyn, jiaqi etc. were teaching stuff like chinese knot making! yup at the end of it we went to use our coupons to buy pastry and then headed home.

i wont be able to use the comp on sun and mon! maybe mon night can (:

basically because during cca today, there were not many sec fours around. so jiayi and i took the iniative to lead the upper sec batch by ourselves for the whole session! basically we tried to make everyone practise together, rectified the errors, make them play 'one-by-one' and helped them 'beat with the zhuanzhuo' =P i realised that taking initiative really gives u a good feeling..hehe yay and they all listened to us! it felt good (:

okay on friday and saturday (:

friday! hmm lessons lessons and more lessons...but it was a friday la so not so bad? haha ahhh our class has to change classrooms with 414 temporarily until august ): a bit sudden!

ohyes yesterday i felt quite blessed in some ways (: haha a few things surprisingly went the right way. i felt God's presence! <3

then today haha gym workout XD and then tuition with alina! then went all the way to woodlands to jiejienana's house. and then took the bus back...

hey everyone! school starts and we're all busy again! ):
but it's nice to see familiar faces in class again (:

hahaha this week has been..mm quite okay la! mostly lessons and cca. yup next week will be better! because have *hmm* =D and funfair!

ahh hebe is in singapore! haha i read from the newspapers that she'll be in suntec tmr! but at 2pm though ): so no chance to meet her! i just think it's quite cool to have stars in singapore! especially those which i know and quite like (; nvm there's the radio! haha yay!
